PT Hatten Bali Tbk recently held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) for the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2024, at Batukaru Room, Hotel Inna Sindhu Beach, Sanur, Bali. During the meeting, all proposed agendas were approved, reflecting the company’s commitment to good corporate governance and transparency in providing information to the public.
The management reported a promising financial performance, with the company recording revenue of Rp283 billion, an increase of Rp30 billion or 12% compared to the previous year. Net profit also grew by 13% to Rp44.9 billion, while total assets increased by Rp66.9 billion or 17.4% to Rp451.3 billion.
As a token of appreciation to the shareholders for their support, the RUPST decided to distribute a cash dividend of Rp3.5 per share. This amount is equivalent to 21% of the 2024 net profit, or around Rp9.4 billion. The remaining profit of Rp35.5 billion was recorded as retained earnings.
