Jakarta – Prabowo Subianto has affirmed his commitment to continue the programs that have been carried out by President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) if he and Gibran Rakabuming Raka are elected as president and vice president for the 2024-2029 period.
“I am committed to continuing his (Jokowi’s) programs,” Prabowo said in his speech at the ‘Prabowo Subianto and Gibran Rakabuming Raka’s Peak Speech for Indonesian Youth’ event at JCC Senayan, Central Jakarta, on Saturday (27/1).
Prabowo said the reason he wants to continue Jokowi’s leadership is because he sees Jokowi’s performance in leading Indonesia.
“I convey, in his heart, (Jokowi) holds the red and white flag and in his heart the Pancasila, the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia, and Unity in Diversity, those are my words to him, it can be checked,” Prabowo said.
He continued that he would continue to strive for the prosperity of Indonesia to be felt by the entire Indonesian people equally.
